Installing a concrete slab driveway or path will require excavating, grading, preparing the foundation, setting forms, and pouring the concrete. If you’ve added stamping or texturing to the concrete, that will be an added expense. 

Similarly, installing pavers is more complicated than simply placing them in the desired location. To prepare the area, your pavers installation service will need to do excavation, grading, sub-base compaction, geotextile fiber install, base preparation and compaction, as well as sand preparation. After these steps have been completed, they will carefully lay the pavers, cut the borders, compact the stones, and seal them after the job is finished.
